Tuna Tahini Pepper Panini

Ingredients

  • Tahini Harissa Sauce⁣⁣:
  • ⁣⁣1/3 Cup + one Tbsp tahini⁣⁣
  • 1/3 Cup extra-virgin olive oil⁣⁣
  • 1/4 cup contemporary lemon juice⁣⁣
  • 1/4 cup water⁣⁣
  • 2.5 Tbsps. harissa⁣⁣
  • 1/2 tsp. finely grated lemon peel,⁣⁣
  • 6 cloves roast garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste⁣⁣
  • Tuna spread Pepper Panini:
  • ⁣⁣½ tsp avocado oil to season the grill pan⁣⁣
  • 1 red, orange, or yellow bell pepper, halved, seeded⁣⁣
  • 1 will of @wildplanet tuna⁣⁣
  • + any tuna additions, use what you like (for ex. pickles, fennel, and parsley)
  • + a healthy serving of the sauce – you recognize however you prefer it⁣⁣

Steps
