Lemon Shortbread Crumble Bars

Lemon Shortbread Crumble Bars

  • Crust Ingredients:
  • 1 cup general flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup Plugrá butter
  • Cheesecake Ingredients:
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cheese, softened
  • zest of one lemon (reserve a touch for topping)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons juice
  • 1 egg, temperature
  • White Sugar Streusel Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons cold Plugrá butter, cubed
  • lemon zest for topping


  1. Make the crust: heat your kitchen appliance to 350 degrees F. Line AN 8-inch sq. baking pan with a foil sling. method the flour, granulated sugar, and salt along for some seconds before adding within the chunks of cold butter. Cut the butter into the flour mixture with regarding 6-8 pulses or till it's like tiny peas. Press the mixture into the baking dish with the flat bottom of a glass or tiny dish.
