Buffalo Chicken Zucchini Boats


  • 4 small-medium zucchini concerning 1¾ pounds
  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup dish Sauce not regular sauce
  • 1 cup chopped cheese cheese


  1. Preheat kitchen appliance to four hundred degrees F. Spray a 9x13 in. baking dish with cookery spray.
  2. Place an outsized non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and break it apart with a wood spoon. Cook for 7-9 minutes, till the chicken is overdone through, stirring often.
